The date and time for the picnic and welcome mixer for new members has been fixed, thanks for responding to the polls.

Time: 1 pm (come and go as you like)
Venue: Yoyogi Park (nearest : Harajuku station, Meiji Jingumae station)
East of fountains, near the multipurpose toilets (see map)
Food: Bring your own food to share, bring your own beer
