GUESTS: Korea University Law Professor Park Kyung-shin, former correspondent Michael Breen, and Korea Observer’s Lee Tae-hoon. Professor Park will give us the legal and historic background of the defamation law. Michael Breen and Lee Tae-hoon will recount their experiences of getting sued (one by Samsung in particular!)
